MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is getting its first DLC expansion, The Order of Giants, and it’s coming September 4.
New Adventure
The DLC was announced with a launch trailer at Gamescom 2025, showing Indy in a new setting with new puzzles, new enemies, and presumably new ancient mysteries to unravel. The Order of Giants suggests a story involving oversized ancient artifacts or perhaps actual giants from mythology — though MachineGames has been tight-lipped about specifics.
The Base Game’s Success
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was one of 2025’s surprise hits. MachineGames managed to capture the spirit of the original films while delivering genuinely engaging first-person gameplay. The DLC has big shoes to fill.
What to Expect
If the base game is any indication, expect a mix of exploration, puzzle-solving, fistfights, and set pieces that feel straight out of an Indiana Jones film. September 4 is close — Indy fans won’t have to wait long.
