Five powerful builds to conquer Shadow of the Erdtree’s toughest bosses.
1. The Bleed Reaper
Dual-wield Rivers of Blood with high Arcane (60+) and Dexterity (50). Combine with the Lord of Blood’s Exultation talisman and White Mask for massive bleed procs. Excellent for most DLC bosses, though some are immune to bleed.
2. Pure Faith Incantation Build
Invest in Faith (80) and Mind (50). Use the Erdtree Seal with Golden Order Incantations and the new DLC spells like Multilayered Ring of Light. Great range and damage, but requires careful positioning.
3. Greatshield + Spear Tank
Fingerprint Stone Shield with a heavy thrusting sword. High Endurance (60+) and Strength (50). This build trivializes most encounters by blocking everything and poking from behind the shield.
4. Intelligence Comet Spammer
Max Intelligence (80) with the Staff of Loss and Night Comet — enemies cannot dodge it. Combine with Ranni’s Dark Moon for debuffs. Glass cannon but devastating.
5. The Lion’s Claw Strength Build
Greatsword with Lion’s Claw Ash of War, 60+ Strength. The poise damage is absurd, allowing you to stagger most bosses in two to three hits. Pair with the Bull-Goat set for maximum poise.
